How AI Review Works
Our AI Review system finds objects, symbols and information in drawings and 3D models. By tailoring the system to your company’s design rules, AI Review can alert you when there are errors in a drawing.
Once a design is ready for review, the AI system checks it for errors and ensures it complies with your company’s design guidelines. Detected errors are annotated directly on the drawing and summarized in a report, making adjustments quick and straightforward.
AI Review can either be integrated with your PLM system or business system, or be used as a stand-alone web-based application.
AI Review helps you with ISO GPS and ASME Y14
AI Review can check the use of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) on your drawings and ensures compliance with your standard. The system already supports parts of ISO GPS and ASME Y14, and in collaboration with our clients, we continue to add support for new parts of the standard.

What kind of AI is used, and how does it interact with our data?
We use machine learning models based on deep neural networks and other techniques for computer vision. Our models are therefore strictly predictive and cannot be used for generative purposes. Thus, they cannot make any changes in your data or drawings.
Under the EU AI Act (AI Act 2024:1689) from March 2024, our models fall into the minimal risk category, meaning that they can be used without EU restrictions or regulations.
Can AI review check drawings against information from systems such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP, or other ERP systems?
Yes, we offer several solutions for this. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to explain further!
What is the difference between AI Review and the built-in checks in CAD?
AI Review should be seen as a complement to these systems. What cannot be reviewed by them can be handled by our system. This includes more advanced criteria or company-specific rules. Contact us and we will be happy to explain the difference further in a meeting!
