Team Days in Northern Sweden: Building our Next Chapter Together
Last week, the team gathered in northern Sweden for a few inspiring days dedicated to collaboration, reflection, and planning for the future.
As our company continues to grow, it is important to regularly create space for discussions that go beyond daily operations. These team days focused on how we can continue strengthening our brand, improving communication, and delivering even greater value to our customers.
Collaboration Across the Entire Team
One of our key strengths is the close collaboration between different parts of the organization, just like one of our core values Cooperation.
During the team days, everyone had the opportunity to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and discuss how we can continue building solutions that create value for engineering organizations.
The combination of technical innovation and customer focus remains central to everything we do. By involving the entire team in these conversations, we ensure that future improvements are shaped by a broad range of perspectives and expertise.
Exploring Customer Support Through Research
One point on the agenda was a workshop based on a recently completed master’s thesis. It included a presentation that provided valuable insights and sparked engaging discussions about how we can further develop and strengthen the support we provide to our customers.
The workshop encouraged us to reflect on customer needs, internal processes, and opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. These discussions generated several ideas that we will continue exploring as part of our ongoing development efforts.
