Nova Österberg

3rd year MSc in Design and Product Development, Linköpings University

At T&S, together with William, I have been involved in developing a new AI Review offering, where I primarily conducted interviews with client contacts and analyzed customer needs. In parallel, I have had a role in supporting marketing efforts, where I prepared materials for communication on social media. I have also participated in the further development of T&S’s partner strategy, helping to define and structure how we should collaborate. 

What I truly appreciate about the role is the freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership of my work. At the same time, support has always been available when needed. Working in a smaller team also makes it clear to see the impact of what you do. My work feels meaningful and has had a real impact, which has been very motivating. 

Albert Johansson

4th year MSc in Engineering Mathematics, Linköpings University

During the summer, I have worked on the development of Drawing Compare. What has made the biggest impression on me is that I have been able to take on a lot of personal responsibility while always having support when needed. I have been able to test my own ideas, make mistakes and learn from them, and develop together with people who have a lot of experience.  

The summer has given me the opportunity to put what I have learned during the program into practice, but also to gain a better understanding of how a product is actually built. I am very grateful for this opportunity! Working with committed and knowledgeable colleagues has been both fun and educational, and I am taking a lot of experience with me.

Amanda Tordenlid

5th year MSc in Industrial Economy and Management, Linköpings University

Recently, I have mainly focused on how we can grow within our existing customer base. Based on customer interviews, I have developed tailored strategies for customers and helped strengthen our sales approach. I have also worked on new customer acquisition and delivered sales presentations.

It has been an incredibly valuable experience to work at a startup like T&S, where you have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s development and strategic direction. The team has a warm and driven culture, with passion and close customer collaboration at its core. The most rewarding part of my role has been listening to customers’ needs and helping them move forward.

I am grateful for this summer and for two fantastic years as part of the team!

William Gärefors

4th year MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Linköpings University

During the spring and summer, Nova and I have been working on developing a new product for AI Review of engineering drawings. The work has involved numerous insightful interviews with customers to gain a clear understanding of their review processes. Throughout the project, I have been responsible for the technical aspects, while Nova focused on the analytical side, a division of labor that suited us both perfectly as we complemented each other very well. Beyond the project itself, I have shared my mechanical engineering knowledge and supported my colleagues with insights and sample drawings. 

Working at T&S has been incredibly fun and educational. I especially appreciate the fast pace, the great amount of freedom, and the inspiring leadership. 

Emma Strömberg

5th year MSc in Industrial Economy and Management, Linköpings University

This summer, I have been working with the company’s marketing activities, where I have been involved in developing a marketing plan for autumn and creating customer stories together with some of our customers. 

It has been an enjoyable and rewarding summer, and I have learned a lot from the experience! One of my favorite parts has been speaking with customers and learning more about their experiences with AI Review and our collaboration. I have also had the opportunity to work closely with my colleagues, which has truly made the summer even more meaningful.

Over the past year, I have been working part-time in business development and outreach at T&S. It has been an incredibly rewarding and educational year in a dynamic environment, surrounded by a fantastic team to bounce ideas off of. My biggest takeaway? My time at T&S has shown me how a healthy startup with sustainable leadership functions in practice. 

I am incredibly grateful to have been a part of T&S’s journey.
