To work at a Startup
From the very beginning, Marcus knew he wanted to work at a smaller company, where the pace is high and the distance between an idea and its implementation is short.
“I have always wanted to work at a startup. I think my talents are a better fit there, and I enjoy having the freedom to think outside the box.”
The freedom and opportunity to build something new are major reasons why he enjoys his work and has chosen to stay. At T&S, he has the opportunity to test ideas, develop systems, and drive solutions from concept to implementation.
